Guarantee/Refunds: All products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Each item is carefully crafted by hand and it is expected that you will be pleased with your order. If you are not, please return the item in the condition it was received with the request for either a refund or replacement. Sorry, booties are not returnable due to ordering incorrect size.

Shipping/Handling: We ship through our local post office and UPS. Orders will be sent within one week and shipping charges will be applied. Please let us know if you prefer new or recycled packaging materials. Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge.
